任职资格：
1、重点大学本科以上学历,城市规划或旅游规划设计专业；
2、具有较强的方案构思及专业技能，能够作为骨干完成大型项目的方案规划；
3、具有十年以上旅游规划或建筑设计经验，熟悉国内规划相关规范；
4、具有良好的沟通能力,以及项目管理的经验；
5、具有良好的协调能力，及一定的团队管理能力；
6、有境外学习、工作，或外资工作背景者优先考虑。
Requirements
Bachelor degree or above in Tourism design or other relative disciplines earned in key universities.
Skilled in planning and relevant operations; can play a key role in planning for large-scale projects.
Minimum of 8 years’ work experience in Tourism design or architecture; familiar with national
codes and standards.
Good communication skills; experienced in project management.
Strong leadership and coordination skills.
Candidates with overseas working or studying experience, or experience in foreign-capital enterprises are preferred.
